As Senior Content Production Manager, you will be leading the Content Production team of PURECAST, the Group’s digital platform – an online business platform that includes online yoga and fitness content (livestreaming and on-demand), online product, e-commerce, social media, digital marketing as well as the offline resources such as production studios and event sites.
Reporting directly to the Head of PURECAST, you will be responsible for creating and managing all digital content for PURECAST including the overall production and long-term management of on-demand and livestreamed sessions and the PURECAST content library. This role also includes the management of 4 to 8 team members – a video and content production crew, reporting directly to you.
You will need to drive the content development strategy, production execution, as well as content management of PURECAST. Your team will work along the other sub-teams of PURECAST, as well as PURE Yoga and Fitness teams.
- Oversee creation of great virtual fitness and wellness content daily that appeals to users and help customers to develop their practice anywhere, anytime
- Operates with deep understanding of data, trend indicators and business drivers to create an attractive and robust pipeline of content
- Develop briefs along with interdepartmental partners to guide the direction and execution of PURECAST content, primarily live-streaming and on-demand videos
- Lead and align special projects request with key stakeholders to improve PURECAST content planning and content library management
- Manage the content team, including day to day activity of internal team and output of external team
- Manage success and growth of PURECAST with teammates
