- Lead the E2E development and management of PURECAST, the Group’s digital platform – an online business platform that includes online content (livestreaming and on-demand), online product, e-commerce, social media, digital marketing as well as the offline resources such as production studios and event sites
- Formulate strategy and drive PURECAST business development in multiple markets, with a primary focus in China
- Manage and lead the China PURECAST team and collaborate with I.T., Marketing, Sales, Operations and Teachers to operate PURECAST
- Develop China PURECAST marketing plan, content strategy, product roadmap with the aim to grow brand awareness, generate leads and build up user base
- Identify and prioritize individual market needs, evaluate user experience, and review customer journey for new content / product development and existing content / product improvement
- Execute and implement content and product strategy to acquire and retain users, including offline dimensions such as studios or experiential events
- Manage and create content marketing calendar for multiple channels and with multiple partners
